At Flixeronsharol, we understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel a scheduled service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Work Satisfaction

We are committed to providing high-quality restoration services. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments at no additional cost, provided the issues are related to our workmanship.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We will review each situation individually and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Refunds may be provided if:

The service was not completed as agreed
There are defects in workmanship that cannot be remedied
Services were cancelled before work began and cancellation fees do not apply

Warranty Coverage

All restoration work is covered by our workmanship warranty. If issues arise within the warranty period that are related to our work, we will address them at no additional charge. Warranty terms are provided with your service agreement.

Material Returns

Custom-ordered materials that have been specifically purchased for your project may not be returnable. Standard materials that have not been used may be eligible for return, subject to supplier policies and restocking fees.

If you have concerns about completed work or services, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Most concerns can be addressed through communication and, if necessary, additional work at no charge.
